Improve and Develop as a Jumps Athlete with Focused, Targeted Coaching
- $25 group session or $50 private session
- Sessions run from 60-80 minutes
- Groups typically consist of 2-5 athletes per session
- Suitable for athletes who are part-time or do their sprint training with a sprint squad already
- For an established or emerging competitor
- Up to 3 squad sessions included per week (usually recommend at least 2)
- Full competition support provided when available
- Create training/season plan for national campaigns

Methods
- Gymnastics springboard used to decrease load on muscles & tendons and simulate a full power jump to practice in-air motions
- Electronically timing sprints to gamify training & improving speed
- Unique strength training methods tailored to athletes’ interests
- Learning other events to improve coordination and gain new cross training methods like javelin throwing for power development & dynamic strength

Northside:
- Leslie Patrick Park at Arana Hills (Contact for availability)
Southside:
- QSAC- new additional Squad Location starting August 2025
- Sprints & Hurdles 6:30-7:45pm Tuesday Evenings
- Long jump + Triple Jump 6:30-7:45pm Wednesday Evenings
- Sprints + Long Jump/Triple Jump 5:30-7pm Friday Evenings
- Note- $6 per entry at QSAC at admissions gate or track pass required
- Subject to track availability- I will notify you if the track isn’t open due to meets etc
I have plenty of availability Saturday & Sunday and conduct many sessions at Arana on weekends, so if you are free on weekends there is a good chance we can find a session for you whether it’s a private or group session.
I typically reserve the weekday sessions at Arana for my more established northside athletes who need to train 2x per week or more as they can be limited by daylight and school/work timetables.
