Improve and Develop as an Athlete with Focused, Targeted Coaching
- $25 group session or $50 private session
- Sessions run from 60-80 minutes
- My Groups typically consist of 2-5 athletes per session
- Suitable for athletes who are part-time
- For an established or emerging competitor
- Up to 3 squad sessions included per week (usually recommend at least 2)
- Full competition support provided when available
- Create training/season plan for national campaigns

Personal speed training for Team Sport Elite Athletes
My skillset in developing athletes and understanding the performance factors that go into building a winning record and mindset has allowed me to achieve success in the wider sporting industry. I have successfully trained elite athletes from other sports to meet and exceed physical testing norms including rugby league players preparing for NRL trial camps, and soccer players (up to NPL level).
